Well located, nicely appointed, very clean and comfortable. Would absolutely stay again! Positive: Super cute, well located to Cortland and about 40 minutes to Ithaca. Just up the road a few yards from the ski resort. Negative: Everything is great!

Positive: It was nice how quiet it was despite being right there next to the road. The stream and area beyond the stream out back was beautiful especially early morning or later at night. Would definitely come back when coming to NY!

Excellent space and a great value Positive: Conveniently located near Cortland. The room was spacious and well maintained. The room had a mini fridge, microwave and Kuerig. I would definitely book this property again for future travel to the area. Negative: NA
